honestly, everyone loses? control SOMETIMES. Think of this as a learning experience. :)

Don’t beat yourself up for it. It’ll do nothing but bring you down and you don’t deserve that. Treat yourself well and cut yourself some slack :) We’re only human. Think of the fun you had over? the weekend, not the gain. That’s not how you want to remember it! You’ll do great this week.

me the same: I was at my mothers house only for 2 days and I totally lost control as soon as I was there? … ;-) and then back home it is so hard to get back on track – I’m still fighting … sugar cravings … I totally got off track. Yesterday I was swimming and it was so nice and much fun that I feel encouraged. You know, maybe that’s part of the whole thing: getting back on track again and again – and maybe that’s even OK so be happy about your weekend and accept it, as long as you continue

.4 of a pound? is good. ugh…I know what you mean on parents food. I’m buying my stuff now, and still I have my dad saying “eat more!” lol

I swear..going to your parents house is the worst! My parents still have so much tasty food..and when my Mom cooks it’s all over! I love everything she makes and I pig out almost every time! ? Good job on the loss..always better than a gain!
